We feel lucky & privileged to serve this years “Welcome to California” beer release. One of our local breweries, Liquid Gravity, travels to 4 breweries around California and does Collaboration beers! Here we would like to present all 4 collabs. Join us Friday at 5pm for the release!

Beer Descriptions:

Welcome to Rocklin was brewed in collaboration with our good friends, Zach Frasher and Amy Heller from the newly opened Shred Beer Company. This dynamic duo have been staples in the California craft beer scene for over a decade and have now joined forces up in Northern California. These are truly two of our favorite people in the industry. In addition to being awesome, both of these superstar brewers have trophy cases full of awards that they have compiled throughout their careers and we can assure you Shred Beer Company beers will bring the heat! ● Welcome To Rocklin was brewed using a blend of 2-row barley and Pilsner malt and hopped with the holy trinity - Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe - along with HBC 586 and a mid-fermentation dry-hop of Columbus Cryo.

Welcome to Orange County was brewed in Collaboration with legendary Orange County brewer Julian Shrago and Beachwood Brewing. Over the years, Beachwood has garnered countless medals and awards at the most prestigious competitions in the world and we are stoked to put our minds together on this bold West Coast IPA. Truth be told, the real challenge was luring Julian off the trail head and down to SLO for the release party! That man is a beast on the trails! ● Welcome To Orange County was brewed with North American 2-row barley and hopped with HBC 586, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Simcoe.

Welcome To Oakland. Our home away from home. This collaboration was brewed with the most metal af brewery in the Bay Area. And if you know any metalheads, you know they are some of the nicest and most chill people you'll ever meet - and these guys are no exception. Over the years, the crew at Ghost Town have become close friends of ours and it certainly doesn't hurt that they make some of the best West Coast IPAs on the planet! ● Welcome To Oakland was brewed with North American 2-row barley and supplemented with brewer's crystals to keep the body light and dry. We hopped it with Nelson Cryo, Nelson T90, Citra Cryo, and HBC 586.

Welcome To Sacramento was brewed in collaboration with Sacramento brewing icon Peter Hoey from Urban Roots Brewery and Smokehouse. Peter has been making beer in the Sacramento area for over 20 years and got his first job brewing at Sacramento Brewing Company at just 19 years old! By 22, he was running the show. Peter is a living legend in the industry. Turns out he's a pretty awesome dude also. This collab has been a long time in the making and we are stoked to bring you this crushable West Coast IPA! ● Welcome To Sacramento was brewed with North American 2-row barley, Simpson's Best Pale Malt and hopped with Mosaic Cryo and T90, Citra Cryo and T90, and farm-direct hand selected Cascade grown by Segal Ranch.
